How We Ship: A Comprehensive FAQ
We know you probably have a few questions about our one-of-a-kind, customizable, and cool ski poles. So, we’re answering frequently asked questions skiers have about how we ship Mingos right to your door.
Q: How does shipping work, exactly?
A: After you have placed your custom order, the waiting game begins! We’ll assemble and package them in one of our Mingos boxes. Typically, they’ll ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, so stay on the lookout for your shipping update.
Q: Where are my Mingos coming from?
A: Mingos HQ is in sunny Southern California, which is where your poles are sent from.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: This is our Oprah moment: It’s free! You’ll get your Mingos shipped to you at no additional cost.
Q: How long will it take to receive my Mingos?
A: Shipping typically takes three days to reach the western United States and about four to five days for orders delivered to the East Coast.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we are only shipping Mingos to members of the flock who live in the U.S.
